Ok.. so firstly I have absolutely no idea how this place is listed as a 4* restaurant. It's small and cramped. The elevator sounds as if it will break at any point, when they say ”small double” they certainly mean it. You can't even open a door without hitting everything. They offer breakfast included. The morning staff were pleasant. However the food is extremely limited. Pastries, cereal, boiled eggs, and toast. And a small selection of cereal. They decorated the floor with fake rose petals for valentines day, which don't get me wrong, was pleasant, but for the price they charge, listing themselves as a 4* hotel. This was beyond ridiculous. And lastly. I can not stress this enough. If you ignore this review and book anyway, for the love of God CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL. Once you've booked and paid for your hotel, they send you two separate messages. Which go into your junk folder. One message requests you bring photo ID with you. You can't check in without it. They also require a £100 holding deposit (on check in) Incase of any damages. Which you don't get back until up to 3 days after your check out. Absolutely disgrace. Please avoid this hotel

Stayed here with my wife and two daughters in a family room… great value for two nights including breakfast. Room was compact but clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast included in the price … good choice inc cooked, croissants etc. close to West Kensington tube. All the staff were great but special mention goes out to reception staff Cecillia & Janet who were really helpful. Hotels are nothing without their staff and I always find that the staff can make or break a hotel & the experience of staying there 😃🤓 … would definitely stay here again…!

I love this hotel, the location was so good near from everywhere but sometimes I always hear someone talking from my room.

Great location, the staff are friendly.Had a scale to weight our luggage which is a huge plus, but our room had a heating problem which they tried to fix with a portable heater (not the most effective but better than nothing) and there was some sort of construction work that awakened us one day at 9 ish am when we were super exhausted and planned to sleep in.

The good: -very close to Earl’s court station, cafes.The bad: -Few steps of stairs to enter the hotel, lots of doors to get to the room. -You can hear the train in the room (we were arrange room 004 which is the basement) -No slippers

I'm a short-term business traveler who controls the budget. I lived for three days and had a very good experience. First of all, the location is good. Within a 10-minute walk from Earls' Court Station, and Earl's Court Station is an important subway transportation hub, which can connect Heathrow Airport, Paddington Station, Green Park, the Britshi Museum, Westminster Station and other important places, Very convenient. Second, there is scale. It is a historic and large-scale hotel with many rooms, which is more formal than some small hotels. Again, the free breakfast was good, the typical English breakfast. I believe I will still choose this one in the future.

Experienced a 4 out of 5 stay at the Millennium and Copthorne hotel in Stamford Bridge. The Sanctions have impacted the hotel in certain areas such as the bar not operating ( plenty of restaurants and bars in the area though) , room service not being available etc but the staff really went beyond and above to make sure we get to spend a great time. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed so nicely by the staff, especially Tarek who was so happy to see us, it made us wonder for a moment if we actually knew him 😅 he was charming and very friendly. We did have so many questions but he was always glad to answer and lend a hand when necessary. Breakfast was fine, plenty of options including vegetarian. The room decor was a bit old, probably a bit modern would be better , however this is personal preference, and the bed was comfortable. Hopefully, everything gets back to normality as the staff and location of this place are really great.

Last night of this hotel.Changed to another room again.Slightly bigger. Overall of this hotel stay is good. Very convenient location and reasonable price. Will consider back to this hotel if come London again. Thanks to trip.com

The soundproofing is not good, the hotel has heard the closing sounds of the rooms on the same floor all the time, and there has been a constant sound here, not like the closing of the guests, like cleaning, or the staff checking Stopped in and out of each room, very annoying, will not stay next time, the room is not big
